STEP BY STEP LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Click your pointer to your browser and enter https://www.verizon.net/ssowebapp/VOLPortalLogin . You should now be entering the Verizon Central login site.
2. Enter your Verizon user ID in the "Verizon USER ID" section.
3. Enter your Verizon password in the "Verizon Password" section.
4. Click on the "Sign in" link enclosed in a box or simply press the "Enter" key of your keyboard.
5. You should now be getting into your Verizon Central account after the system recognizes your Verizon user ID and password as correct.
RESET LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Recheck your Verizon user ID and password and make sure you entered the correct characters. (NOTE: The Password section is case-sensitive so be sure to provide the right cases of each character you enter.)
2. The site does inform you if they do not recognize the User ID or the password you entered. In that case, click on the "Forgot user ID or password?" link below the Sign In section.
3. You will then be directed to another page where you can reset your password. You can also just enter the site's URL in your browser: https://prs-scu.passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/?mkt=EN-US&ru=https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf%3flc%3d1033%26mkt%3dEN-US%26lc%3d1033%26id%3d10%26vv%3d1300&lc=1033
4. You need to choose which information your forgot among (1) User ID, (2) Password or (3) User ID and Password.
5. Click on the link "Continue" highlighted in a red box.
6. You will then be asked to provide for the information that you remember. (i.e. Give your Verizon user ID if you forgot your Verizon password.)
7. Click on the link "Continue" highlighted in a red box.
8. You will then be asked to answer your Security Question from when you created your account. (NOTE: Once you answer the question correctly, it is only when Verizon Central will reset your password.)
9. You are now required to use this new password upon your next Verizon Central Login attempt.
